Prior to Nous, Ken worked as a researcher and project investigator on private and government grants at the University of Melbourne. He has worked extensively as a program evaluator: his evaluation work has spanned projects in education, disaster relief and drug abuse prevention. Ken is also an experienced educator, having taught mathematics and education policy in K-12 schools and universities. He lived in rural Indonesia for two years as a Fulbright Scholar, and was awarded the designation of Kentucky Colonel for public service in his home state of Kentucky.
Ken loves hiking outdoors with family and friends and is an avid podcast listener and sports enthusiast. He always appreciates a good book recommendation and trying new foods and cuisines.
