Kristy is a collaborative designer, coach and facilitator with over 14 years’ experience transforming leaders and organisations. She has a blend of corporate and consulting experience specialising in leadership, talent and organisation development. Kristy has expertise in human-centred design and combines this approach with evidence-based research in organisation systems and human behaviour to create durable solutions and lasting change.

Influential work

  • Partnered with a ‘big four’ Australian bank to design and deliver a multi-level leadership experience to drive a culture of learning and an enterprise-wide leadership capability uplift
  • Partnered with a leading Australian insurance business to transform its customer experience, leading design and delivery of the organisation-wide mindset and skillset transformation
  • Worked with a global infrastructure firm to realign its operating model to integrate a newly-acquired business within its Asia-Pacific region
  • Led the design and delivery of a high-potential solution for senior leaders in an Australian insurance business to create a path for C-suite succession and development
  • Directed an organisational review across a government health department and the development of strategies to uplift culture, performance and leadership.

Outside of Nous

Prior to Nous Kristy worked as a principal consultant at Maximus International in Sydney; specialising in leadership development, talent acceleration and culture transformation. She has also held internal leadership roles spanning a cross-section of industries.

Kristy holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Sydney, a Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University. She is an experienced coach and accredited practitioner in Human Synergistics Life Styles Inventory™ and Group Styles Inventory.

In her spare time...

Kristy loves to travel, exercise her eye for interior design and share wine with friends. She enjoys being active and is seeking to perfect her handstand through gymnastic strength training.
