Kristy has over 12 years’ experience providing executive support in Australia and the UK. Kristy is Executive Assistant (EA) to Tim Orton, Nous’ Managing Director. Her experience ranges across the education, health, human services and arts sectors. Kristy’s adaptability, efficiency and positivity enables the team to effectively deliver on client outcomes. Kristy is key to establishing lasting relationships with client EAs.

Influential work

  • Provided support to different teams over several years at a Go8 university to review its course architecture, space optimisation roadmap and long-term strategy
  • Coordinated the senior leadership change program for a state-owned work cover authority during its transformation, including administering the 360 program
  • Worked with many NFPs to support the project teams’ delivery on evaluations, strategy and development of new products and services
  • Supported numerous executive and board strategic planning and leadership sessions.

Outside of Nous

Kristy has varied experience across different sectors in three countries: She was an Executive Assistant at BMI Healthcare in the UK and worked in international business development in Germany.

Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in environmental biology from Victoria University
