Llewellyn is an experienced company director, currently serving on boards in the water, health and alternative dispute resolution industries. She has a background in law and public policy. In 2017 she graduated from the Williamson Community Leadership program. Llewellyn lost most of her vision in 2014 and this experience has taught her that human beings have an infinite capacity to adapt and grow.

Influential work

  • Led a project that increased the focus on disability employment in several organisations; including Western Water, VistaPrint, the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet and the Public Transport Ombudsman
  • Helped lead the merger process to create Cohealth, one of the largest community health organisations in Australia
  • Owned and operated a strategic communications business for seven years
  • Worked on the final report of the 2009 Victorian Bushfires Royal Commission, providing editorial and policy input
  • Worked on the review of the Victorian Accident Compensation Act, clarifying policy during the editing process.

Outside of Nous

Llewellyn is passionate about addressing inequity in our community. She was the first woman to chair the Board of the Western Region Health Centre. She is currently a member of the VicWater Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee; as well as a director at Western Water, the Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, the Victorian Public Transport Ombudsman and the Disability Services Board. Llewellyn is an engaging public speaker and is often invited to speak at leadership programs.

Llewellyn loves to sing, dance and write and read fiction.
