Loveth combines her strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in health, public policy, the environment and the private sector. She has worked for the public and private sector and has been commended for her innovative thinking and collaborative work. Loveth is a critical thinker and determined problem solver with a double degree in economics and science. Her qualifications in economics, environmental geography and computer programming provides her with a range of knowledge, skills and analytical lenses.

Influential work

  • Assisted in producing a social return-on-investment for a social enterprise that strives to improve unemployment rates within disadvantaged groups in society
  • Conducted research into out-of-hours general practitioner (GP) claims throughout Australia with several academics.

Outside of Nous

Before joining Nous Loveth worked as a research assistant to Professor Mardi Dungey for several years. They researched aspects of the financial markets, such as contagion. She also worked as a research assistant to a health economist, where she established an interest in health economics. Loveth completed a vacation program with Deloitte Access Economics. She works with Connect42, an organisation with the goal of assisting Tasmania to reach a literacy rate of 100%.

Loveth also enjoys computer programming and was part of a team from the University of Tasmania that visited several start-ups, Facebook HQ and Oculus in the Silicon Valley, California. They also showcased some games at Seattleā€™s Pax West, which attracts over 80 000 people.

In her spare time...

Loveth plays basketball, enjoys a range of outdoor activities and is in search of the best iced chai latte in the world.
