A public policy consultant, Minolie combines creative thinking with an analytical approach to problem solving in order to deliver key insights and project outcomes. Minolie has previously worked for the Federal Government on policy development and financing, and for a Group of Eight university. She has a keen interest in leadership in public health and in healthcare technology.

Influential work

  • Advised the Federal Government on Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme policy reforms and costing models announced in the Budget
  • Developed an options paper on reform of Medicare that combined industry knowledge with data-driven insights in a highly contested area of public policy
  • Designed a community engagement activity to further the rights of women through the Australian arm of an international non-profit organisation
  • Developed leadership capabilities as an elected member of a government department’s Emerging Leaders Network
  • Worked with a tertiary education provider to implement its outreach program to increase the enrolment of under-represented students.

Outside of Nous

Before joining Nous, Minolie worked on Medicare as a policy officer in the Federal Department of Health and on Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme costings and policy as a senior analyst at the Department of Finance. Prior to this, Minolie completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology), where she worked alongside clinicians in hospitals throughout Sydney, and a Master of International Public Health. Both qualifications were gained at the University of Sydney, where Minolie held a role focusing on strengthening the student community.

Outside of the office, you can find Minolie doing anything that keeps her active, like CrossFit.
