Influential work
- Worked with a large Australian university to develop a 10-year growth strategy which improves diversity, more than doubles capacity for strategic investment and optimises capital expenditure
- Managed the automation and outsourcing of payment services for a trustee organisation that processes more than one million complex payments annually on behalf of its clients, delivering significant savings while improving accuracy and time to pay
- Worked with the New South Wales (NSW) Government to develop a vision and roadmap to accelerate digital government transformation in NSW, including facilitating a fusion room with 100 citizens to understand expectations and opportunities for digital government
- Acted as lead writer and analyst for the Victorian Government digital government strategy.
Outside of Nous
Prior to joining Nous, Nadia worked for over seven years in the Victorian Government in various policy, strategy and communications roles. These included leading the development of digital government strategy, open data policy and managing communications for a multi-year, multi-agency shared services program. Sheholds a Master of Marketing and Communications from The University of Bologna, Italy and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from The University of Melbourne. She is a certified AGILE and PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner.
Outside Nous, Nadia is the Treasurer of the Friends of Farm Viganò heritage group.
In her spare time...
Nadia loves to cook, eat and travel and where possible combines all three. She also listens to podcasts spanning topics including comedy, politics, gymnastics, science.
