Olivia is a Manager with a focus on transformation and implementation. She combines strong data analysis, research and stakeholder engagement skills with a keen interest in public policy. Olivia has worked on multiple transformation and public policy projects across a range of sectors including emergency services, transport, justice, health, human services and education. Olivia utilises her experience in the legal sector and analytical rigour to analyse data and generate genuine insights into problems and solutions.

Influential work

  • Reviewed the central portfolio functions of a large Australian university to improve its efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment to strategy; identifying $65 million of reinvestment opportunities
  • Supported the National Disability Insurance Agency’s reset of its Early Childhood Early Intervention implementation approach to improve how the National Disability Insurance Scheme supports young children with developmental delay or disability and their families
  • Developed detailed policy proposals to support the establishment of a new regulator, conducting extensive legal and policy analysis to secure ministerial approval of proposed reforms
  • Developed an operating model and stakeholder engagement plan for a large transport regulator in response to significant industry changes
  • Designed a service operating model – including facility, resource, service and technology components and a roadmap to implementation – for a Victorian emergency services agency.

Outside of Nous

Olivia is a Non-Executive Director at Comm Unity Plus Service, a multi-disciplinary community agency that provides a range of early intervention and prevention programs for people facing disadvantage and social exclusion. She also volunteers as a mentor at the YWCA Asista program, which links girls aged 12-18 years old in the child protection system with a positive female role model to build self-esteem, resilience and confidence.

Olivia graduated from Monash University with a double degree in Law and Commerce (international commerce), with postgraduate studies in globalisation and international economic law. Monash recognised her interest in international affairs and economic issues by awarding her the Prize for International Trade Law. Prior to joining Nous, Olivia clerked with law firm Clayton Utz. Olivia is a Certified Professional in Agile Project and Delivery Management (ICP-APM).

In her spare time...

Olivia is an ardent foodie and avid reader. She returns home to the Mornington Peninsula as often as she can to horse-ride, get outdoors and go to the beach.
