Penelope is a leading leadership and talent expert and leads seminal Nous projects. She helps organisations perform through leadership and people. She is a sought-after adviser to and collaborator with people and business leaders in the public and private sectors. With her roots in complex, large-scale organisational change; she offers breadth of experience, clear thinking and the ability to work across organisational systems to achieve sustained benefit for her clients. Penelope brings more than 20 years’ Australian and international experience.

Influential work

  • Partnered with one of Australia’s largest companies to design the development journey for their top 230 leaders
  • Co-designed an innovative program for educational leaders, applying blended learning and leader-led delivery to deliver outstanding outcomes
  • Developed a leading-edge culture change and frontline leadership development intervention for an Australian-based Fortune 500 company
  • Developed a bold learning technology strategy for one of Australia’s largest companies to enable a learning culture to fuel business agility
  • Led the application of human centred deign practices to the co-design of a leadership development program for a major Australian insurance business.

Outside of Nous

Before joining Nous, Penelope worked with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) for nine years in Australia and Europe, specialising in large-scale transformation and change execution.

Outside of Nous Penelope is a board member of Loop Platform, a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, and a member of the Human Research Ethics Committee of the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the Australian National University and a change management qualification from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Penelope is a parent, long-time yoga practitioner, and occasionally a long distance walker and theatre enthusiast.
