Rachel is an admitted Australian lawyer who made the transition from legal practice into a career in recruitment. She has recruited into the human resources (HR) and legal industries, including senior level placements within Australian stock exchange-listed companies and privately-owned businesses. She also has experience in business development and events management.

- Led training for new employees within her HR recruitment team, guiding and mentoring them through their first six months
- Successfully placed HR professionals in large organisations including Australian Unity, BP, Qantas, RMIT and various top-tier law firms

- Organised several major client events on change management, data and analytics and health and wellbeing.

Before joining Nous, Rachel was a recruitment consultant at Michael Page, a global professional services recruitment company. Prior to that she was a practicing lawyer at RNG Lawyers.
Rachel holds Bachelors of Laws and Arts (psychology) from Deakin University.
