As well as holding internal advisory and management roles in IT&T, Rachel has worked in consulting organisations in Sydney, Melbourne and Newcastle, advising clients across Australia and New Zealand.
Rachel holds a Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership and a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts from The Australian National University). She has level two coaching accreditation from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and is a certified career path appreciation practitioner (BIOSS). Rachel is also accredited in the use of the Centre for Creative Leadership’s 360° suite, DiSC® behavioural model and Saville & Holdsworth’s occupational testing and personality instruments (including OPQ and MQ). She holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
Rachel enjoys being outside – hiking, climbing, camping, cycling, swimming, skiing or rowing; and enjoying the arts, culture and food of Melbourne.
