Rosalyn is passionate about applying psychological principles to the workplace. She enjoys partnering with individuals, teams and organisations to identify and realise opportunities for improved performance at work. Having consulted across Australia in many sectors, she brings a wealth of experience, particularly in organisational design, leadership development and human resource management. Rosalyn prides herself on developing a deep understanding of each client in order to deliver positive, lasting change.
Prior to joining Nous, Rosalyn held senior roles with boutique management consultancies in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. Before that, she was a behavioural safety facilitator to mining sector leaders and conducted one-to-one psychological assessments.
Rosalyn holds a Bachelor of Psychology with first-class honours and a Master in Applied Organisational Psychology. As part of her studies, she undertook extensive research into the impacts of sleep and circadian rhythms on performance. Rosalyn has also spoken at conferences on issues including gender equity in the workplace and employee fatigue.
Rosalyn can usually be found at the beach with her two dogs, on a volleyball court or enjoying a glass of red in the company of family and friends.
