Sarah is a digital-first thinker, and passionate about transformation work that puts the customer at the centre. She is adept at strategic thinking and implementation, and translates complex technological information into plain English. She thrives in collaborative environments; and is passionate about human-centred design, agile methodologies and visual thinking. Sarah has worked for government, not-for-profit and private sector clients; and for clients in the retail, e-commerce and fast-moving consumable goods sectors.

Influential work

  • Co-facilitated of a two-day workshop for a national disability service where clients, staff and sector experts co-designed concepts for new products and services centred around the clients’ life stages and desires
  • Led a rapid design sprint with staff from a national disability service to redesign the patient referral process for health professionals, resulting in a new service blueprint and short-to-long-term implementation plan
  • Created powerful storytelling graphics for workshops with the Department of Premier and Cabinet and sector professionals as part of the outcomes for Victoria’s Royal Commission into Family Violence
  • Designed the concept of a digital application for a leading Australian university to consolidate grading and course progress information; based upon user research, co-design with students and user testing
  • Developed and tested low fidelity wireframes with customers of a national accommodation provider as part of a website redesign to improve conversion rates for online bookings.

Outside of Nous

Sarah has over a decade’s experience delivering digital solutions. She has consulted independently on a range of digital and communications projects for non-government organisations, government departments and start-ups. From 2012 to 2015 Sarah worked at World Vision Australia as a senior digital project manager on local and global initiatives. Prior, she worked in digital agencies serving clients across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Sarah recently completely an Executive Diploma of Digital Business through the UK’s Academy of Digital Business Leaders, focusing on digital transformation. She is a qualified ICAgile Professional, and holds a Diploma of Communications from Victoria University and a Bachelor of Creative Arts from The University of Melbourne.

In her spare time...

Sarah has an obsession with stationery and enjoys putting pen to paper to do write and draw. She is also a self-proclaimed “awesome aunty” to three nieces and one nephew.
