Tim is a consultant with experience in program evaluation, international stakeholder engagement and project management. Along with a background in tertiary education, international development and not-for-profit governance, he has a keen interest in designing and improving systems to create social impact.

Influential Work

  • Designed and implemented an impact evaluation framework for Australia’s leading university international development unit
  • Co-designed a youth governance structure for one of Australia’s largest humanitarian organisations
  • Designed, edited, and co-authored the Peacebuilding Handbook for the Philippines Department of Interior and Local Government
  • Re-designed training programs in leadership, management and peacebuilding to be delivered entirely online across the Asia-Pacific
  • Published an article on social and Indigenous procurement in Australia’s leading aid and development blog.

Outside of Nous

Tim worked previously at The University of Queensland. His work there included project management of international development programs, managing concerts series and student administration. He is also a Member of the Queensland Divisional Advisory Board of the Australian Red Cross, and has over a decade of volunteering experience in youth development and supporting asylum seekers.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Music (Honours in cello performance) and a Bachelor of Arts (international relations and Spanish), as well as a Diploma of Language (French).

In his spare time...

Tim is a cellist and surfer, and fluent in Spanish and French.
