Tracey is a thoughtful and creative consultant with over 15 years' experience in transformational business and digital change. She has collaborated with many organisational leaders to develop digital strategies and operating models which improve their business performance. Her analytical and collaborative working style shows empathy for the end user and respect for her clients' purpose.

Influential work

  • Explored opportunities to accelerate digital transformation across an Australian state government, combining citizen views on government interactions with the best of local and international digital government research
  • Developed a digital roadmap for a national disability services provider as part of their business transformation towards a person-centred service delivery and funding model
  • Designed new internal service models for a Victorian financial government-business enterprise which streamlined customer interactions and delivered operational cost savings
  • Optimised the student support services operating model to improve student outcomes and experience at a large tertiary institution
  • Recommended improvements to a university’s retail offering based on student and staff feedback, significantly improving the student experience.

Outside of Nous

Before joining Nous, Tracey spent ten years in the information technology industry including a year rolling out technology for the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. She is currently a director of Hockey Victoria and chair of its risk and governance Committee.

Tracey holds Bachelors of Engineering and Science from The University of Melbourne and Masters of Business Administration and Information Systems Management from Swinburne University. An avid student, she has also completed qualifications in user experience design and Scrum product management.

When she’s not all-consumed by her laptop or books, Tracey loves to travel and enjoy good food with close friends and family.
