Victor is a consultant in the Sydney office with a background in strategy consulting, project management and financial services. He has experience in education, fast-moving consumable goods (FMCG), private equity (PE), financial services; and in mergers and acquisitions, commercial due diligences, supply chain and market entry. He is also passionate about social change and has founded two social enterprises, empowering over 200 refugees over the past three years.

Influential work

  • Conducted commercial due diligence for a $150M private equity acquisition of two FMCG firms
  • Provided a market-entry strategy for an ASX20 client
  • Developed a knowledge repository for 300 project managers to enhance the overall sharing culture in a ‘big four’ retail bank
  • Streamlined the workflow of 27 team members locally and globally, allowing for easier business reporting and better allocation of resources within a global investment bank
  • Worked with faculty heads, associate deans and educational developers on the Digital Uplift initiative to improve the quality of 600+ undergraduate and postgraduate courses in a Group of Eight (Go8) university
  • Oversaw seven student partners and managed up to 25 projects simultaneously in a Go8 university, improving productivity by 150%.

Outside of Nous

Prior to Nous, Victor worked at a ‘big four’ retail bank in the business transformation team and in strategy and operations in the pro-vice-chancellor (education)’s office at a Go8 university. Prior to that, he worked as a strategy consultant at a French consulting firm and on the trading floor of a global investment bank.

Victor holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales. He is also co-founder of two social enterprises, OneStep and The Bean Community, which both aim to improve the quality of lives of newly-settled refugees in Australia.

In his spare time...

Victor enjoys travelling, reading and keeping active through running and futsal. He is passionate about social change and the cricket.
