  • Enabled improved outcomes for farmers facing financial hardship through the evaluation of both policy design and systems implementation of support programs.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous Vincent was a policy analyst at the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet. His work focused on climate change policy and energy policy. Before moving into public policy Vincent worked in quantum computing where he worked to help design a silicon-based programmable quantum computer.

Vincent holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics and Bachelors of Science and Arts from the University of Melbourne.

In his spare time...

Vincent enjoys exploring Canberra and the New South Wales south coast with his young family; and is interested in economic history, science, technology, engineering and maths; and gardening.
